My first call was answered my a real person which was delightful! She was very helpful and answered all my questions. We scheduled our move in no time. Then moving day came and the guys showed up on time. They were extremely polite and took great care with all our possessions. They seemed to be very caring and made sure all our needs were met. We could not have been happier with the entire move. From start to finish everything went flawlessly. Then, when they figured our final bill I was so surprised to hear they over estimated the cost and seduced it some. Does that even happen? I have recommended Dahlberg to a number of friends and always got very positive feedback on their work. .

Dahlberg’s moving was great to work with during entire move process: from initial quote, questions along the way, through move day. They were on time and prepared. Everything was wrapped, floors were covered, door jams protected. They waited patiently while we assessed a few pieces’ location at the new place. Took a stress potential situation and made it stress free!

Exceptional experience from first phone call through billing. I contacted Dalberg moving to help move some business needs from one location to another. Their customer service was fast, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for residential or business. They were professional, courteous, timely, respectful of the ongoing business practices as they did move during business hours per our request. They offered flexibility of Monday through Saturday hours and stayed top-notch on their communication. We are already planning future projects and moves with this company because the level of service they provide.
